received. Check or Money Order payments MUST be received within 15
business days or your order will be canceled.
We want your
treats to arrive to you as fresh as the day they came out of our
oven!
MADE 2 ORDER: ALL of our homemade cookies are made to
order. We bake 'em fresh and mail them out approximately 3-5 days after your
payment has been received/cleared!(Please allow up to 4 additional days for
larger orders). Your homemade cookies will ALWAY'S arrive in a vacuum sealed bag,
as this will help to maintain their freshness. Our pre-baked homemade cookies may be
stored in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 8 months. When
taking your pets treats out of the freezer, store them in an OPEN
container. Do not store your treats in a sealed container, as this can cause
premature molding. If stored correctly, your treats will stay fresh for up to 4
months on your shelf.
WE
GUARANTEE our products will be to your pets liking. If for any
reason your little one isn't completely satisfied with his/her treats, please
notify us within 15 days & we will gladly refund your money (less S&H),
or arrange to have the treats replaced for free. A happy tummy means a happy
customer!!
